Copenhagen Airport arrivals: how to find your chauffeur
Landing in Copenhagen should be the easy part of your trip. Here is how the pickup works when you book a Fornemo chauffeur at Copenhagen Airport (CPH).
Where your chauffeur waits
All arriving passengers at Copenhagen Airport come out into the Arrivals hall in Terminal 3. After passport control (if you fly from outside Schengen), baggage reclaim and customs, walk through the doors into the hall. Your chauffeur stands there with your name on a tablet.
If your flight is late
You don't need to call us. We track your flight, so your chauffeur adjusts to the real landing time. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after landing, which is usually enough even with a long queue at baggage reclaim.
Tips for an easy meeting
- Switch on your phone when you land. Your chauffeur can reach you if needed.
- Put your flight number on the booking. That is how we track you.
- If your luggage is missing, tell us on WhatsApp. We wait while you report it.
- Travelling with children? Choose child seats when you book. They are free and fitted before you arrive.
The ride into the city
The price is fixed and per car, not per person: from CPH Airport to the city centre it is 999 DKK in Business (E-Class or EQE, up to 3 guests). No meter, no surprises if the traffic is slow.
