Do you track my flight?

Yes. Give us your flight number when you book. Your booking includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting, measured from the flight’s actual landing time, early or late.

When should I leave for my flight?

We recommend arriving 2 hours before flights within Schengen and 3 hours before other flights. Tell us your flight time and we plan the pickup.

My flight is cancelled, diverted or I miss my connection?

Contact us as soon as you know, with the new flight details. We move the pickup if a car is free. The normal cancellation rules apply, and landing at another airport is a new trip.
