Licensed chauffeurs, well-kept cars and a team you can always reach.
Licensed chauffeurs
- Every chauffeur – our own and our partners’ – holds a valid Danish chauffeur card. To get one, a chauffeur must pass a special course and test and have a clean criminal record.
- We check every card and its expiry date. A chauffeur whose card has expired gets no rides.
- Every chauffeur has completed first aid training, as required for a Danish driving licence.
- Fornemo is licensed for passenger transport by booking in a vehicle with a chauffeur.
Safe, well-kept cars
- Mainly Mercedes-Benz: E-Class or EQE, EQV and S-Class.
- Cars are inspected as Danish rules require for passenger transport, and are cleaned and checked before every ride.
- Insured for passenger transport.
- We never carry more passengers than the car is registered for – children and babies included.
On the road
- Calm, professional driving that follows Danish traffic law.
- Seat belts for everyone, front and back.
- No alcohol or drugs behind the wheel.
- Phone only hands-free while driving.
- No smoking in the car.
Children
- Child seats and boosters are free. Tell us each child’s age when you book, so we bring the right seat.
- Every child counts as one passenger, babies included. Children always sit in the back.
- The chauffeur fits the booked seats. A rear-facing baby seat never goes in front of an active airbag.
- We follow the Danish rules for children in cars. Read them on borger.dk.
Finding the right car
- At CPH your chauffeur waits inside Terminal 3 Arrivals, behind the railing by Airport Information, with your name on a tablet.
- Only get into the car with the chauffeur who has your name. If you are unsure, call us.
- We track your flight or ship, so we are there when you arrive, even if you are late.
